| Today has been such an exceptionally LONG DAY! With that I am thankful for xanga, a place to come when all else is out of control... A place where I can just put harmless words on a page where hardly anyone notices. I think in life all of us wonder, "What's the point?" Faith tells us the point is to glorify God. Society tells us the point is to live the good life, enjoying the products of our work. Educators tell us the point is to discuss the point, looking at it from many different angles... I heart xanga on long days, where there is no point, no tip, no end, just restful slumber and tapping black letters in white abyss. | | |

| Wow. So I guess it's been 5 months since I have bothered to post. Life has been HECTIC! I hope that people don't think I'm crazy when I say that. I'm starting to hear others say, "I know your life is hectic, but..." Dang! I get the feeling it's not slowing down. I even type faster than I did just a few months ago. Well, here's the update: I am Series 7 and 63 licensed. That doesn't mean much to most of you, but it means a ton to me! Can you say "6 hour test?" There you go. Bridesmaids have dresses, flower girls (well, one of them) have bows, cake is planned, punch is ordered, people are invited, parties are thrown or in the process, alterations are made, monograms are monogramming, and my dog hasn't seen me for more than an hour (unless asleep) in months. That's My Life. So Simple. Yet So Complicated. | | |
| Just workin'...In case you've ever wondered, weddings take over your life! They invade your every thought and most of your free time. I think people expect you to be inefficient and unfocused when you're planning a wedding...WEIRD.
Anyway, planning is still in process (that's for you, Ryan). No conclusions have been reached, but we are working together to discover the best plan for each portion of the wedding.
